After I got paid on the 15.11.2017 I went to pay my Miladys account only to find that my account is blocked and I can't pay for it at the shop confused and worried went to Standard bank to look for help as it where my bank account is held. The consultant tells me I am under debt review and gives me the details of SA CREDIT ASSESSORS. I have never heard of them or let alone contacted them. When I call them I am told I app**** for the debt review which I asked when and how but there was no response. I requested telephone recording but I haven't received it, I asked if I can cancel, was told to pay R300 and I did. I sent the proof of payment and cancellation letter . Until today my accounts are blocked. I can't get credit from anywhere. My life is on a standstill to top it all on the 15.12.2017 they deducted R2261.79 . They have a Whatsapp number that I have been contacting them on but it proves to be untruthful because I don't get any help from them. The lady that I spoke to is Bongiwe Dlamini. I honestly don't know what to do because this thing I never app**** for it and don't have financial problems to start with. I was ok with my accounts payment. Now I can't do anything. Please help.
