I was contacted by sa credit solutions about a month ago. They promised to send me docs to sign and send back to them, but im still waiting. Today my bank account was debited with an amount of R2400 by sa credit solutions, and I have nit even signed any contract or docs. Is this legal ? Please help. Francois Joubert.
