I WAS CHARGED INTEREST WHILE I AM PAYING MONTHLY.

Hi Sa Credit Solution made me pay more for R7000-00 on my Capitec account due to their careless paperwork mistake. They sent me documents to fill and sign, so they can send them to Capitec Bank. In 2017 October, i called Sa Credit solution to check on my account as it was suppose to be finished at that time. They told me that i am still owing more R7000-00 due to that Capitec bank did not receive the documents in time, so my account was then charged an interest of R7000-00. My concern is that, i received the document and i sent them back to Sa Credit Solutions on the same day. So why am i paying interest on overdue account because the money was being deducted every month on my account.

According to my understanding they had a delay submitting the documents to Capitec Bank, so now i am paying more for their faults.
