Did not accept this contract

SA Credit Solutions has contacted me to get discount on your current rates for your current accounts. After going through the whole process I realised it is to put yourself under debts review. On my call recording I did say that I am not accepting anything until I have received an email with there documents and I have signed. I informed them that I will not be interesting and will not sign for this and to pls remove me from there contact list. Never the less, they went ahead with this and placed me under debt review. After several calls I told them that I did not accepts and will not accepts. My name is now placed on ITC for debts review, how can I get this resolved.
