Creditors not paid

Very bad service received from this company. Every time I call the number is always busy, I send emails but it also takes a week for me to get a reply. In April I joined the debt review and I have made 5 payments so far, my creditors still call me to tell me they did not receive any letter from SA credit solutions and 1 of my accounts has been handed over. I called SA credit solutions on the 25 September 2018 to ask for the statement of all my creditors and contribution, she sent it after the call. In October the 15th i received a statement again from a no reply email with my creditors, contributions and balance. I had queries about this and sent an email to as for clarity as i am paying for people I dont know. the email was sent on the 16th October 2018 and only got a reply after sending another email on the 22nd October 2018. on the same day I decided to call since I feel my query is not being attended to and the lady said the amount i was quering was for a company called Infussion that distributes the contributions to creditors and I wont pay it again, she also said she will call my creditors and come back to by 1pm, Until today I have not heard from her and she does not reply to my emails.

I still pay my creditors directly because I get calls every month about non payments, then why should I be paying SA credit solutions if I can pay myself and be ****** my money.

This is my last chance of trying to get answers from this company, i dont want anything to do with you and I still did not receive any feedback for cancelling this contract with you.
