complaint

this company set up a payment plan for me for my foschini account and I paid the payment plan a agreed and paid the account up I was suppose to receive a paid up letter and I have requested one a month ago as I finished the payment plan in September I have not receive the paid up letter I then continue to be harassed with calls every single day asking me to pay but once the agents look into the account they also confirm that I am suppose to receive a paid up letter .I thought by setting up this it would help my credit score and my account my clear but this has just caused me more stress and anxiety towards my account please help !!!
