WOW service

To be honest I was really happy when I started the journey, the consultants that halped me where super awesome. Things turned sour when I felt I was no longer indebited and wanted to be removed from the debt review process. I was told it was possible and that it could be done. When following up on the matter, I was now being refered from pillar to post, with no joy. Then they stopped debiting the , i then requested advise on what is the way forward, is the process complete?How do I now pay my creditors directly, instead I get an email saying they are terminating my contract due to none payment. I hope this gets to head office and the matter gets dealt with as I am now 3 months outstanding , and having a leg injury was unable to travel much.
