Worst service ever, can not even call it service!!!!?

Can someone please contact me. I have tried numerous times to get a cancellation letter as i can no longer deal with a company so *********** and full of empty promises. Worst decision i ever made in my life. Emails gets ignored and if you get a phonecall it is just empty promises. I need this sorted ASAP
