Very dishonest people to deal with
SA credit assesors placed me under debt review falsely, about 2 years ago! Upon realising what they had done, I cancelled the service but they kept me under debt review even so. I had no option but to pay off all my debts in the 2 years because they blatantly refused to remove the debt review flag. I’m now clear of debt and I sent through my debt settlement letters and requested to be removed from debt review and for them to remove the flag. 3 days ago I was told it would take 24hours to get a response but now whenever I call they always put me through to a line that nobody picks up or they make false promises stating someone would call me but nobody ever does.

10 Mar 2022, 15:26Hi Sanele, unfortunately there is no other way of getting the flag removed from your name. if there was an easier way we would of surely done it as we do not wish to have any clients on our records that are not happy with our service. Please send us an email with all of your paid up letters in order for us to assist with a clearance certificate.

Hi Sanele, unfortunately there is no other way of getting the flag removed from your name. if there was an easier way we would of surely done it as we do not wish to have any clients on our records that are not happy with our service. Please send us an email with all of your paid up letters in order for us to assist with a clearance certificate.

At this point it’s been 4 days and still no reponse and when I call to do a follow up im always being put through to a line that always cuts before im attended to. So calling you guys on *** is not an option clearly, emailing you has also led to a dead end! What now?
