This company put me under debt review without my consent. I still have 3 active accounts that I still get credit from and I took a new cellphone contract last month but I'm not have because my name is been flagged I tried calling them but I don't get joy because they can't help to clear my name the are telling me that I must stop complaining because I don't have contract with them it's been terminated pls sort this

20 Sept 2021, 11:44Good day Anna, unfortunately we are unable to issue you with a clearance certificate up until all your debts are paid up. We have received information from your credit providers that there are still balances on your accounts. Once this is paid up we can issue you with a clearance and you will be able to enter the credit industry again. Kind Regards
