They ****med me

They ****med me of my money, they called and promised to decrease my monthly installment and my interest rates, instead they put me under debt review and now i can't get hold of them, they blue tick me on whatsapp and they are not taking my calls, i just found out that they evn increased the number of years i must pay for my car, this people fooled me. Now am in trouble ???
