still awaiting for a clearance from this terrible company

Hello peter , iv been dealing SA creditors to deal with my debt review flag and till today they have been in communication with me however resolution is still dim for me as the debt counselor has not taken any real action in sending me a clearance certificate, kamierah is the advisor assisting me, she has only sent me a list of old debt that I had, one of which is no longer reflecting on any credit bureau, iv sent her all of my credit records from all four bureaus but she still insists that we wait on a clothing account status form 2015. Iv done all the work for her and I dont mind. and I will keep discrediting the counselor until this is resolved I guess they thought Im not serious.
