So angry

I just signed with this company sa credit assessors on 29 January 2021 and when I try to apply for another debt it will decline because this company has put my name under debt review, I've been calling them since the beginning of this month asking them to remove my name from their data base and cancel everything before they start the debit order end of the month but they don't answer my calls or rather they will tell me that they will call me back but I've been waiting forever, I need them to remove from debt review, now I can afford to pay my debt
