First of all im in their system without my concern, they have all my information and claim that I'm the one who gave them my personal info..

Now they have negotiated with my car finance that I'll pay R6700 monthly and I was only R3800 on my car...i have been calling them to cancel me on their system for the past 6momths,all they say is " the cancelation department will call you within 10 working days "

They say I must pay R3800 for them to cancel my name.

They negotiated that I pay more on my car and i don't even know where they got my personal information. I don't know any contract I signed with them...they are ********..
