SA Credit ********

These people have placed my mother under debt review without her knowledge and they keep saying she agreed to it. when we found out about it we tried to cancel but they keep giving us the run around, every time i call i will be placed on hold until i run out of airtime and have to start again. its been weeks of trying to cancel but they are not coming to the party, how can i resolve this, her accounts have been frozen and i can never get ahold of anyone to help with cancellation
