SA credit assessors poor service

Good day

I am very unhappy client. I have been trying to reach out to SA credit assessors for a week now to no avail. Every time the reception picks up the phone and take my id number and tell me someone is going to call me back immediately but never do. This is so unprofessional. I won't recommend anyone to join with this company as of their poor service delivery
