SA credit assessors NO SERVICE

I received a court order to have my name declined from Debt Review that was early this year already. My name is still flagged and I don't seem to get any help from SA credit assessors. I have called and emailed multiple times and I am not going anywhere. Can't reach the call center and they don't respond to my emails. This is very sad for South Africas that thought this was the way to go just to be stuck.
