SA Credit Assessors, do not use them!

I have been seeking assistance from SA Credit Assessors with whom I have a debt review agreement since 7 December 2023. Several messages and calls later, I have not been assisted in any way or form. I receive the same message, " a consultant will get in touch with you". In the meantime my bank is calling me up to 8 times per day, 6 days per week. This has been a rather stressful experience, I do not recommend SA Credit Assessors at all as it seems that they take no accountability for the provision of adequate service to their clients.
