This people they **** to me promised to reduce my installment, instead of that they took my R5 616 and they never paid even one of my creditors. I'm still owing truworths , don't have money for transport, I'm owing people now. If I send them an email they ignored even calls too. Even now I don't know what happened to the money that they took on my account. And I was clueless about them they talk to you has if they are one of your creditors.
I'm worried because even this month they are going to take my money for nothing. And the bank can't help me.
They sent me cancellation message but still this R5 616 is appears on my Nedbank APP. No one is calling me for cancellations I'm still waiting as the message says.
Please help to unauthorised them from my acc
