Good days They did call me on Friday 23 October 2020 they told me that they only help people with debts so that they can pay half of amount they agreed on and I asked them several times what are you benefits on this they answered the only help people for free so they supervisor Akhona assured me that it free I should not be afraid so I get tempted she just sent me a link on my phone when I was at a call with her she said open that links and sign up I did so then I explained to my partner about. My partner says I must call them tomorrow to stop everything if I need help he ll do it so called on Saturday they didn't answer but I wrote an massage to Akhona the supervisor to cancel the applications she didn't respond to me but she saw it so I knew on Sunday they are not working I waited for Monday to call them I did so the agent toke my ID number said they will call me to confirm the cancellation. In the meantime I wrote an email to Akhona to cancel it again surprisingly other agent call me yesterday to submit the pay slips I said for what cause I called on Monday to cancel everything she said they is a fee to cancel with Akhona she didn't tell me about it. I tell the agent that Akhona didn't tell me about it she said it means she will talk to Akhona about my situation cause she just made me sign to things while she didn't explain to me. She dropped a call. So today I received a sms to one of my loan African Bank they said They did receive a letter from Akhona I called the bank not to consider it so they told me I must find a letter to Sa credit Assessors cause they submit it to them.
