Rotten service from SA CREDIT ASSESSORS

I submitted my paid-up letters with SA CREDIT ASSESSORS on the 12th of April 2022 requesting a clearance certificate via email. I have been calling SA CREDIT ASSESSORS to follow up and to also check how far they are with my clearance certificate and they have been hanging up the phone on me. Their service is really bad bad bad. Only today they reply my email requesting my ID number after sending the email for almost 15 days. They don't care about customers these people. I also tried calling them today requesting to speak to Abigail, they hung up a phone on me again. Their service is really bad!! I don't know how long I will wait to get my clearance certificate. Their service is appalling. Bad bad!
