Placed Under Debit Review without knowledge or document signings and agreements

My credit reports shows I was placed under debit review on the 11 May 2018 by company called SA Credit Assessors under Gabier Kamierah. I do acknowledge I received call from them but never agreed to their offer. Only said I will think about. Only to find out they placed me under Debit Review. I never signed any documentation or filled in any application with them. Since 2019 I have been calling them and they would not answer their phone calls even their whatsapp number. Had a conversation with one lady beginning of 2020 and said I need to pay them but I explained to her I never app**** or signed any application what so ever. I have also noticed that I'm not the only one they did this to. ********, **********.
