Misleading

Yesterday they phone me , and I agreed they said they will email me every document, today I phone to ask if I'm gonna be put under debt review will it also affect my husband, they said yes but the consultant didn't explain that part to me I want to cancel I will rather drown in debt that take out a contract with you I phoned the whole day with no luck even the whatsapp that worked yesterday ,no 1 is replying to
