Left with no money after visiting SA credit Assessors

We have app**** for an Admin order and agreed on R1400 to be debited from my account. All my debt went of 3 x and the R1400.00 we are left with no money this month, can't buy food or pay the rent. I tried to phone but they are forever experiencing a high call volume and no one phones you back. Don't go there for help as there are no help, the consumer act is there to protect consumers especially if they apply for Admin Orders. It seems like everyone has access to your bank account and can just take money. Absa bank refused to reverse these debits even with an Affidavit.
