The amount on the loan I am paying is not decreasing, I sent them an E-mail to remove me from their system so that I can pay the initial amount I was paying with the bank, they don't answer the E-mails. I want my name clean, because I did not know that I am being placed under debt review. I have been applying for a vehicle but no luck. I WANT OUT!!!!!!
