False promises
This is my second review of this company, I genuinely thought I will come back and say we got help after the first review but we only got run around with false promises. They took my mother money for the second time without having an agreement with her creditors. We were promised a refund for the money absa took last month but till today that hasn’t happened more than anything they still debited her account for the second time. There must be better debt counsellor than this one, please advise. Another month without food because of their incompetence

The credit provider in question had an error on there system we had resolved the issue. We just awaiting the refund to be returned to her. Apologies again. kind regards
