Enrolled under debt review without consent

Hello Peter I would like to report that SA credit Assessors enrolled my life partner into Debt Review without any proper consent. She was called to say that they would help reduce the interest payments on her account on a pretence that she was overcharged by creditors from which they then used that to lure her into debt review. they even **** on the form that she completed and increased her spending on rent, groceries and other spending items to make a case for over indebtedness while she was right on track with all her accounts. She then called them to remove her from the process but they just said the issue is resolved however her name is still listed and she is unable to pay some of her accounts as a result because the creditors want her to produce the withrawal letter which they dont respond to her queries when she ask for one.her name is Bukeka Mvetyana. id number ***.
