Debt review Suspension / confirmation letter

My name is Nokuthula Mbenzi. during corvid I faced a challenge of paying my debts because I was not going to work everyday and there was a cut of my salary. I joined debt review in 2019. Now I tried contacting this company to get a letter that I am under review with them because they want to assist at work but I was informed that my debt review was suspended .
