Debt review nightmare

This company is in Cape Town according to their email, tel no:*** that never goes through when you phone, email address: *** that they never respond when you send them an email or takes a month to reply when you need to speak to them unless they want something from u NCR no:NCRDC2548. A person by the name of Kamierah Gambier is the one who once responded to the email we sent with my husband. They phoned my husband for him to take them and use them to pay less in his debts. He agreed but before they finalised the call he decided not to continue taking their offer yet they did put him as a person who agreed. Thus ent letters to all his debts and now reflects as under debt review. They never debideted his account, they never paid anything to the people that he owes but they are refusing to clear his name from all his debts and still reflects as under them. We sent them n email requesting for all this to be cleared and to send us a letter stating so, they responded after a month with a letter that says my husband is difficult to work with and that is why they are not collecting from him. The letter never stated that he must be removed as debt review person. We have paid some of the debt and finish them without their help yet they are saying we owe them admin fee. We tried can't acting them using the number that is the letter they sent but it never goes through. The last email we sent them was on the 6tg August 2019, till today they never responder, never cleared my husband name. Because of this company we can't do anything because they listed my husband. If there is any one who might have a way out from this please help. And for those who are thinking of using them as debt review, I personally advice you not to do it. They are ***********, they don't care for you, they are selfish, they are just everything that is not right.
