Our gardener Mr J S Hlatshwayo made use of the Company to releave his debt re payment for which ever reason don't know. Now his debt has been paid of about six months ago but still the company keeps on deducting the debit order and then refunding the debit but not his baking costs. After verious attempts to cancel the debit order, sending bankstatement like we were instructed still no attempt has been made from the companies side to cancel the debit. If any one can help in this matter because it is really un profesional from this company to still do a debit run although the debt has been paid in full.
