my money went down the drain

<p>i had the terrible experience of registering with this council and till today they have not informed me whether my registration was complete or nor, Over and above that when i call, my calls do not get through and when they eventually answer...they just tell me to hold and i do not get anywhere. no people s****s and most of all no care about my personal circumstances.</p> <p>I need to find out if i was registered so i can apply for positions. I cannot get my desired role now because they want proof of my registration. The number and email addresses are useless! these people have taken my R350 and i received nothing from it. I am supposed to be working but cannot due to this councils incompetence</p>
