Incompetency

I made a Payment and sent proof of pay on the 3rd of May 2023 , every week I have been trying to call resending the email I finally got hold of someone who told me that Queen email address belongs to someone who is not in today but will be in on Monday and no one else can assist with my urgent matter. I have lost out on a Job opportunity because of this.
