Complain about sacssp

I’m Sorry to mention but the council is not competent let alone them receiving and responding to email- I have been trying to get them to answer my emails or calls about the 22/23 registration to no help. Where can one escalate a council of this nature. The noble profession of social workers is not in good hands.
