UNHAPPY CLIiENT

I bought a smoothie blender called Bennett Read from Pick n Pay Hyper market last Sunday. I put my fruits and yogurt and it took 10 to 15 minutes to start. It was very sluggish and it didn't blend. After 15 minutes it started so slow. I spoke to thr Manager of Pick N Pay Hyper market and he advised that the product needs to go for an assessment which I advised I don't mind but I am not happy with thr product, I made it very clear. He advised it will take 21 days maximum 49 days to come back to me, its up to the supplier to decide the next step. I so upset that the consultant didn't even advise me much OK thr product. It's my first time buying a a smoothie blender and I was excited to try it and to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to blend. So it's up to the supplier to decide if I get to can be exchanged or a refund and if on their side it's working then I have no choice to take a product which I am not happy with, I was told buy the manager of Pick n pay hyper. I'm so dussapointed in the service
