They careless about customers moving out

I moved out at Acacia Place (Instratin Properties) at Witbank on the 31/08/2026 and till today I have not received my key deposit

I called Instratin Properties, they told me ill receive it after 21 days ,21 days passed ,nothing was received, I called again they referred me to the person that does/processes refund ,I spoke to the person via WhatsApp chat,the person told me all refund will be processed on the 16th October 2026,nothing has been received

The person is just blue ticking me
