Terrible Service from Metropolitan Funeral

Metropolitan Funeral Plan has terrible service I lodged a death claim with policy *** with them they refusing to pay his claim his body is in the mortuary and family is in distress not knowing how to bury my brother now we planning on canceling our policy because they quick to debit your account and when you claim they tell you they not paying out. CFO you need to respond with this pay us out because you caused me to go on social media.
