Terrible Experience

Terrible experience on a Sunday morning. I drive past x2 closest spar for their service but today I feel I need to find another alternative before I stop visiting Spur Columbine. I was served by Cynthia and this was for the second time I'm receiving bad experience, today was my worst. I waited about 40munites just to receive breakfast for x2. I asked for the manager on duty and a very decent and professional gentleman whom I forgot his name apologised for all inconvenience. I then had to wait after eating, for a bill and take out box as appetite was ruined. I couldn't understand while I saw Cynthia mopping right outside the main entrance while we waited to pay. Guys you can do better, I can't leave the house for breakfast and spend 2hours, if I knew I think I would have prepared breakfast with my wife which could have taken 30minutes max.
