Horrible service from absa bank

I am very bored right now , last month I went to Absa bank to cancel my future plan account and withdraw funds that were there because of the debit date it was awkward and I paid fees including declined debit order fees and now again they are debiting and I'm owing the bank again. Is it a plan or a style of getting funds from my account or what because I was inside the branch but clearly it was not canceled.
