Assistance with dispute against motor vehicle dealership

<p>I've bought a used vehicle from a "reputable" motor vehicle dealership. The vehicle had issues within in first 6 months of date of purchase and the dealership refused to preform any repairs under warranty and gave all sorts of excuses trying to shifting blame on me. They quoted me R90k on repairs non the less (bear in mind the vehicle's purchase price was only R110k). The dealership's dicussion not repair the vehicle under warranty was in contravention on the CPA.</p> <p>I've then decided not to take it lying down and contacted "SA Consumer Complains". The whole process took 4 longs moths but in the end the dealership finally agreed to repair and replace all faults reported. I highly recommend this company if you have a CPA related matter.</p> <p>Duon, you and your team are TOPS !</p>
