Pathetic service.

We where scheduled to catch the bus at 16:45. After the bus being 15 minutes late ( which is still acceptable) I phoned the office to ask if they could tell me where the bus was. They then had to first phone the driver ( no initiative on their part), I then also had to phone them back to find out that the bus will only be leaving Jeffery es Bay. The guy on the phone then had 10000 excuses telling me that there where factors out of his control, which I can accept but then be a bit proactive and professional and phone the people that are waiting to catch the bus and inform them that the bus is running late. If the person on the phone put as much effort into his job as he did into his **** attutude attitude there would be many happy customers. In the past I have always recommended sa connection to other people, I will never recommend this service to anyone and I will be sure to inform everyone that I meet not to use this pathetic service provider.
