Ordered items from them more than a year ago. Never received the package. Tried in vain to track the package. Contacted the company only to be told they could not track the package. Tried in vain to follow-up on various options for either tracking package/refund or re-send package. No luck. Mailbox since inundated with marketing and adverts for "specials". Stay away!

05 Apr 2021, 08:01Meanwhile, top notch service from "Angie" in the refunds department who efficiently and effortlessly burrowed to the root of the problem & committed to a refund in 5 to 7 business days. IMHO, if the rest of the departments were as efficient as the refunds, it might not be necessary for refunds.
