Denied girl child education.

My daughter was been deregistered/expelled from school because of late coming according to the deputy principal of this school, the father went to school to get a common ground with the deputy principal then it was fine until it was bought to his attention that the mother has disability so everything went south. The strange part was my daughter was travelling with four other learners from the same school but they were not expelled. Mind you the child was supposed to start with grade12, where will I get the space for grade12 learner, I tried with every route I was given, the strange part was I spoke to the principal of the school and he was surprised with the decision was taken, he said I will discuss this issue with the directors, there was no response till to date, after a week I went to the District for assistance further and apparently there was few complaints about this school, The district representative went to that school to find out what is the reason behind the decision was taken by the deputy principal, he was given an excuses of my daughter was problematic with what? No one knows, the principal couldn’t explain the reasons to the district representative this is the feedback I was told by representatives during the phone conversation. On my statement with the district representative I said as a mother I will not entertain a disrespectful, bullying, drugs, anything to do with disruptive child “which my daughter was not doing any of the above” I ran around to all schools in Pretoria to accommodate my daughter for grade12 without any luck. So on that process I was told by one of the deputy principal from private school to write an email to the MEC office because it is affair to dismissed the learner with a minor issue where we can find a solution. I was willing to compromise my health for the next coming 11 months to drive my daughter to school every morning to avoid late coming this was explained to both the deputy and the principal.
