SA Childcare ******** much....?!!!!!!!!

I was approached by SA Childcare in 2014. A guy by the name of Anton offered me help with the registration of my school. He claimed that it would be faster and better if I decided to get them onboard. After careful deliberation I decided to ask them in the beginning of 2015 to assist me as I simply did not have the time to do it myself and I paid them R8800. A lady by the name of Mariska then proceeded to ask me for documents as evidence to hand in to the DSD and I sent her the requested. We then continued operating, assuming that all was being tended to by SA Childcare. I had to contact them every now and then to check in and was tended to at their leisure and with great assurance that all was on track. In May I decided to contact them again just to find out that they did not have a file for my school and nothing has been done regarding my case. A lady by the name of Irene said that she had my file but that it was empty. I have since then not had any luck regarding SA Childcare. I have had to contact them every now and then to see where they were with their response to my case. I have called the office more than 5 times without any answer and the one time that I did get through to them the receptionist laughed at me when I expressed my sincere dismay regarding the status of my school's registration.To be honest SA Childcare are happy to receive money but are slack at providing a service as promised. They are rude, they are still making empty promises and they are refusing to provide me with a refund of the money paid to them by me. I am afraid that these people are taking most people for a ride as I know of more than 26 other Montessori PreSchools who have asked them for help, have paid them, and have not been successfully registered as they had promised to do. That is a large number of schools who have not been helped as promised by SA Childcare and a large number of fees collected by SA Childcare and Anton in particular (as he is the CEO). If Anton quoted everyone of those schools including myself R8800 to assist with their registration then that adds up to R237 600 that Anton and his team pocketed. This excluded all of the other schools that I am not aware of. This is unacceptable and appalling. This is also ******** and ******* and should be looked into lawfully. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not fall for this ****! It is so sad that people would take advantage of good people serving the community and leaving them out of pocket as SA Childcare has done to so many.
