ONLINE TEACHING COURSES
I enrolled my daughter in February 2024 for an NQFL5 foundation phase grade R online course which ABA health were offering and was informed that they offer online sessions and a completion certificate once all her written notes which she needs to complete to demonstrate that she understands the work while working full time at a nursery school of her choice. I was first told that with the qualifications she had she just needed to enrol for a NQFL5 course and pay a certain amount and then later was told that she had to do a NQFL4 bridging course in childhood development which obviously was at an extra cost.
As at the end of December 2024 only 4 online sessions were done with "supposed" qualified lecturers and she has had numerous problems trying to get answers from their customer support centre which to date she still has not received. I once requested for an invoice to be sent to me as they do not issue monthly invoices (they only deduct the amount you owe via debit order) and I had to send out numerous emails just to get a statement/invoice. They do not come back to students with any issues they have regarding the course. I have put a complaint in writing and have requested to cancel the course as my daughter has received minimal to no assistance whatsoever and my emails have all been ignored except by the administrator Tumi Maseko who has tried to help where she could. I was referred to the head of the department Maxie and my numerous emails were bluntly ignored and not even acknowledged.
I do not recommend this institution at all.
