In my opinion, when you pay for a service, you expect what is being promised to be delivered...

Mekyla paid in full for the necessary 10 hours driving and test date and usage of their car.

Mekyla has not gotten that so called excellent top star treatment, instead only stress and anger for a man that has poor communication skills, poor excuses for things he has never done that was said "was done".... When my step mother phoned and asked for a meeting with the owner Martin after 4pm to talk about the way forward with my girlfriend drivers test and he didnt pitch up and didnt even bother to contact us on saying he wont be coming to meet my step mother...

How do you get somebody that has never driven a vehicle to drive three different vehicles, all with different advantages and disadvantages, with three different instructors that dont seem to know what they doing. for example, none of the instructors knew how to do a three point turn.

When I asked Mekyla to show me what this "driving school" has been teaching her, I was horrified to learn that firstly they been *****ing R10 from her every time they go to do the parking, and as I said earlier they didnt teach or demonstrate to her how to do the three point turn, they did not show her how to the alley docking properly and when I asked about emergency breaking and hill start, Mekyla asked what was that...

So two weeks before her drivers test I took her to teach her how to drive properly and do the parking and everything according to the K53 way that I learnt many moons ago when I did my drivers...

All the documents was sent to the "driving school" in April already and the stuff was booked, fine... And then came the Drivers test day, my girlfriend had a one hour driving lesson left that she wanted to do before her drivers test. nothing happened and said her learners license has expired that she cannot do her drivers and will need to redo her learners...

Mekyla knowing from his lies and excuses decided to go to Centurion testing station in where he said her test is booked and paid for as of 03-08-2021 the Tuesday that past... She did the Drivers test and Passed and it came out that the money and booking that he "did" at the Centurion testing Station was cancelled. BUT the owner Martin makes a pre-booking to send the details to my girlfriend and cancelled the booking... we have the proof of him making two pre-bookings and two cancellations on the system at the Centurion Testing Grounds...

Mekyla on average sends Martin the owner atleast four to six messages before he responds and rarely answers his phone when she calls him.

First pre-booking was at Randburg and got cancelled due to Lockdown Level 4 which I understand.... But how the hell do you cancel on the day Mekyla is doing her drivers test when her test is at 8:00am...
