Disappointed

I bought a car which was financed , I haven't paid the car after two weeks driving the car there was a sound on the front right wheel . I told them about it they said I should take it any mechanic they will pay for the work done.

I took it VW and I have realized the car is still under warranty, the VW they have diagnosed the car and realized that the car was involved in the accident . it surprised me hence I did ask if the car was accident free or what and the answer I got from them was the car was never involved into he accident .

the VW picked up several things to prove that the car was on accident, the wiring of the car in the engine, the battery was changed ,ball joint is after market, ball joint housing is also after market, radiator is leaking ,the car was repainted. I went to them because the VW says they cant replace anything even though the car is still under warranty due to the parts that were changed are no longer original part yet they expect me to pay a lot of money for that I was hoping to get the fair deal of giving me another car for the same value .

I wont be able to fix the car at any VW across south Africa
