Rethink before buying

Ordered a set of mats and we received a set for totally different make and model car. Lodge a complaint and asked that the order be corrected but after various promises and no action, Renier Esterhuizen is not taking my calls or reading answering mails or WhatsApp messages. I advise any person who considers buying from this company to really do your homework before placing an order with them. I also saw various complaints on this platform with the same experience.
