Buyer Beware - Extremely Poor Service and Unfulfilled Orders

I placed an order for a bin mat with SA Carmats on the 5th of August 2024, for the amount of R2,350.00. As of today, I have not received the product. Despite numerous promises of delivery from Mr. R. Esterhuizen, the company has failed to fulfil the order.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I sought legal advice, and my lawyer reached out to both SA Carmats and SA Car Broker, where Mr. R. Esterhuizen appears to be the main operator. Unfortunately, all communication from my legal representative and myself was ignored by both Mr. R. Esterhuizen and his wife (the registered owner of SA Carmats).

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution if considering doing business with SA Carmats and potentially SA Car Brokers. I regret not conducting more thorough research beforehand and hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration and disappointment I have encountered with SA Carmats and Mr. R. Esterhuizen.
