Bad service

On 25th May 2024 I placed a order for a Dashcover for my vehicle . Received email stating ou tof stock and will go to manufacturing and would be shipped out the week of 3rd June . Nothing happened and emails not rep**** to until I posted on social media page . Again I was promised that the order would go out either Tuesday 18th June or definitely Wednesday 19th of June . Nothing happened and still waiting . Sending Renier a message his reply is he is flying out of the country and cannot assist me and will get stock controller to contact me . Still waiting . Service at SA Car Mats is appauling
