Bought Carryboy canopy no service

Very bad. I bought a Carryboy canopy from SA Canopy Potchefstroom in 2006 for a Toyota Hilux VVTI 2.7 Rider. The windows on canopy slide - ON my righthand side the second slide window splattered. No stock in South Africa. I phoned all the SA Canopy branches - just no service! Why sell stock when you cannot supply parts? Very unhappy with SA Canopy
